If a workmanship-related issue arises, we will correct it within a reasonable follow-up \n      window (typically 30 days).\n    <\/li>\n    <li><strong>No Product Warranty:<\/strong> We do not warranty grab bars or hardware manufactured by others.<\/li>\n    <li>\n      <strong>Exclusions:<\/strong> Misuse, overloading, structural movement, environmental effects, \n      or modifications by others are not covered.\n    <\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top: 32px;\">6) Payment & Acceptance<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n    <li>Special-order hardware may require a deposit.<\/li>\n    <li>\n      Payment constitutes acceptance that the service was completed as described, \n      subject to any noted follow-up.\n    <\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top: 32px;\">7) Changes, Add-Ons & Fees<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Any additional materials or labor will be reviewed and approved before work proceeds.<\/li>\n    <li>\n      Late cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible jobsite conditions may incur a reasonable fee.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>Parking, access charges, tolls, or special building fees may be added when required.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top: 32px;\">8) Photos, Reviews & Testimonials<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    With your permission, technicians may photograph the finished installation for quality control \n    or marketing use.  \n    By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it.  \n    You may request removal at any time.\n  <\/p>\n\n\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top: 32px;\">9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>\n      <strong>Bathroom Safety Disclaimer:<\/strong>  \n      Grab bars reduce risk but cannot eliminate slips, injuries, or falls.  \n      We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or deaths resulting from wet surfaces, misuse, or loss of balance.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n      <strong>Structural Conditions:<\/strong>  \n      We are not responsible for hidden defects, rotted studs, plumbing interference, or pre-existing structural issues.\n    <\/li>\n    <li><strong>No Implied Warranties:<\/strong> Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d except where explicitly stated.<\/li>\n    <li>\n      <strong>Liability Cap:<\/strong>  \n      To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed:\n      <ul>\n        <li>$1,000, OR<\/li>\n        <li>the amount paid for the service \u2014 whichever is lower.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n      <strong>Exclusions:<\/strong>  \n      We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n      <strong>Customer-Assisted Handling:<\/strong>  \n      If the customer chooses to assist in handling hardware, tools, or equipment, \n      they assume all associated risks.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n      <strong>Force Majeure:<\/strong>  \n      We are not liable for delays caused by weather, illness, or events outside our control.\n    <\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top: 32px;\">10) Disputes, Governing Law & Changes<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal legal action.<\/li>\n    <li>These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the service is performed.<\/li>\n    <li>If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.<\/li>\n    <li>We may update these Terms at any time;
