This policy explains how refunds and returns work for products purchased through our website.  \n        Installation services are not refundable once performed (see below).\n    <\/p>\n\n    <hr style=\"margin: 25px 0; border: none; border-top: 1px solid #e5e7eb;\" \/>\n\n    <h3 style=\"font-size: 1.4rem; font-weight: 700;\">1. Return Eligibility for Products<\/h3>\n    <p>Our return period is <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n    <p>To be eligible for a product return:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>The item must be unused and in <strong>original condition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n        <li>The item must be in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n        <li>A receipt or proof of purchase is required.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p><strong>Do not send products back to the manufacturer.<\/strong> All returns must be processed through our team.<\/p>\n\n    <h4 style=\"font-size: 1.2rem; font-weight: 700; margin-top: 20px;\">Non-returnable items include:<\/h4>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Gift cards<\/li>\n        <li>Digital\/downloadable products<\/li>\n        <li>Personal safety items that have been opened<\/li>\n        <li>Custom-ordered or special-order grab bar finishes<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h4 style=\"font-size: 1.2rem; font-weight: 700; margin-top: 20px;\">Partial refunds may be granted for:<\/h4>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Items returned in non-original condition<\/li>\n        <li>Products with missing parts not due to our error<\/li>\n        <li>Returns requested after 30 days but within 45 days (case-by-case review)<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <hr style=\"margin: 25px 0; border: none; border-top: 1px solid #e5e7eb;\" \/>\n\n    <h3 style=\"font-size: 1.4rem; font-weight: 700;\">2. Installation Services \u2013 No Refunds<\/h3>\n    <p>\n        Installation labor, consultations, trip charges, and on-site services performed by \n        <strong>Mr. GrabBarGuy, its affiliate subcontractors, or any assisting parties<\/strong>\n        are non-refundable once completed.  \n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n        Because installation is a time-based labor service, refunds do not apply; however, we always stand \n        behind safe, professional workmanship. If you have a concern about installation quality, please reach out\u2014we\u2019ll help.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <hr style=\"margin: 25px 0; border: none; border-top: 1px solid #e5e7eb;\" \/>\n\n    <h3 style=\"font-size: 1.4rem; font-weight: 700;\">3. Refund Processing<\/h3>\n    <p>\n        After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.\n        Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card provider.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h4 style=\"font-size: 1.2rem; font-weight: 700; margin-top: 20px;\">If your refund has not arrived:<\/h4>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Check your bank account again<\/li>\n        <li>Contact your credit card company<\/li>\n        <li>Contact your bank\u2014processing delays are common<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        If you still do not see your refund, please contact customer support so we can assist you.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <hr style=\"margin: 25px 0; border: none; border-top: 1px solid #e5e7eb;\" \/>\n\n    <h3 style=\"font-size: 1.4rem; font-weight: 700;\">4. Sale Items<\/h3>\n    <p>Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Shipping Returns<\/h3>\n    <p>\n        Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.\n        Shipping fees are non-refundable.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.\n        We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <hr style=\"margin: 25px 0;
