By booking or receiving services, you (\u201cCustomer\u201d)\n    agree to all terms below.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <hr style=\"margin: 28px 0; border: none; border-top: 1px solid #e5e7eb;\" \/>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 1 -->\n  <h2>1. Acknowledgment of Risk<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    You understand and acknowledge that:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>Bathrooms, tubs, and showers are inherently slippery environments.<\/li>\n    <li>No grab bar, anchor, or installation method can eliminate the risk of slips, falls, or injuries.<\/li>\n    <li>You assume all risks associated with the use, misuse, or overloading of grab bars and safety products.<\/li>\n    <li>Improper use or pulling at angles not intended by the manufacturer can cause equipment failure.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 2 -->\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top:32px;\">2. Tile, Wall, and Structural Conditions<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    You acknowledge that hidden wall conditions may not be visible prior to drilling, including:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>Loose tile, hollow tile, weak grout, thin-set failure, or moisture damage<\/li>\n    <li>Inconsistent studs, blocked studs, electrical or plumbing behind the wall<\/li>\n    <li>Weak drywall, old materials, or sub-surface deterioration<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>\n    You agree that:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>\n      Mr. GrabGuy and its subcontractors are <strong>not responsible<\/strong> for tile cracking, grout\n      failure, wall movement, or structural issues that arise during or after installation.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n      Any repairs beyond installation (e.g., tile replacement, waterproofing, cosmetic repairs) \n      are the sole responsibility of the Customer.\n    <\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 3 -->\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top:32px;\">3. Customer-Supplied Products<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    If you provide your own grab bars, anchors, or hardware:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>They are installed \u201cas is.\u201d<\/li>\n    <li>We do not verify manufacturer load ratings or ADA compliance.<\/li>\n    <li>We do not assume liability for product failure or defects.<\/li>\n    <li>Responsibility for warranty or replacement remains solely with the manufacturer.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 4 -->\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top:32px;\">4. Medical & Mobility Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    You acknowledge that:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>Installers do not provide medical, occupational therapy, or professional mobility advice.<\/li>\n    <li>Placement suggestions are based on general practices, not medical evaluation.<\/li>\n    <li>You are responsible for consulting a licensed medical or mobility professional about your specific needs.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 5 -->\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top:32px;\">5. Release of Liability<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin-top: 6px;\">\n    <strong>\n      Mr. GrabGuy, its owners, employees, independent subcontractors, affiliate installers, technicians,\n      helpers, assistants, representatives, and any parties performing work on behalf of the company\n    <\/strong>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    from any and all claims, demands, losses, injuries, damages, or expenses arising from:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>Slips, falls, or injuries of any kind occurring before, during, or after installation<\/li>\n    <li>Improper use or overloading of grab bars or safety equipment<\/li>\n    <li>Tile cracking, grout issues, or structural defects in the Customer\u2019s home<\/li>\n    <li>Product defects, manufacturing issues, or hardware failures<\/li>\n    <li>Customer-assisted lifting, handling, or participation in installation<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>\n    This release applies whether the claim arises from negligence (ordinary), conditions of the premises,\n    or any other cause permitted by law.\n  <\/p>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 6 -->\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top:32px;\">6. Limits of Liability<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    You agree that total liability of Mr. GrabGuy and all parties associated with your service is\n    <strong>strictly limited to the cost of the installation service performed<\/strong>, not including parts\n    or products.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    We are not liable for:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>Consequential, incidental, or special damages<\/li>\n    <li>Medical bills or long-term healthcare costs<\/li>\n    <li>Property damage not directly caused by installer negligence<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 7 -->\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top:32px;\">7. Consent to Perform Work<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    By allowing installers to enter the premises and begin work, you acknowledge:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>You have the authority to authorize drilling into walls, tile, or surfaces.<\/li>\n    <li>You understand that drilling into existing tile can result in breakage.<\/li>\n    <li>You accept full responsibility for any hidden conditions affecting installation.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 8 -->\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top:32px;\">8.
