However, because every home\u2019s structure, wall \n    materials, and long-term conditions vary, we cannot guarantee long-term performance or durability.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    The following are <strong>not<\/strong> covered by any service warranty:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>Misuse, overloading, or improper use of grab bars<\/li>\n    <li>Accidents, slips, falls, or personal injury<\/li>\n    <li>Changes or modifications made after installation<\/li>\n    <li>Structural issues behind walls, including rot, moisture, loose tile, or hidden defects<\/li>\n    <li>Damage from tile cracking, grout failure, or other home conditions unrelated to workmanship<\/li>\n    <li>Products supplied by the customer<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>\n    Grab bars improve safety, but no installation can prevent all falls, injuries, or accidents.  \n    You acknowledge and accept these limitations when using our services.\n  <\/p>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 2 -->\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top: 32px;\">2. Warranty on Products Purchased Through Us<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    Any grab bars, accessories, or bathroom safety products purchased through our website include \n    the <strong>manufacturer\u2019s warranty only<\/strong>.  \n    <br><br>\n    <strong>We do not provide any additional warranty or guarantee on products.<\/strong>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Manufacturer warranties typically cover:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>Defects in materials or workmanship<\/li>\n    <li>Finish or corrosion issues (if applicable)<\/li>\n    <li>Hardware defects<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>\n    Manufacturer warranties <strong>do not<\/strong> cover:\n  <\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>Improper installation by others<\/li>\n    <li>Damage caused by misuse or excessive weight<\/li>\n    <li>Wall failures, structural damage, or moisture penetration<\/li>\n    <li>Cosmetic issues caused by cleaners, chemicals, or environmental conditions<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 3 -->\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top: 32px;\">3. Warranty Claim Assistance (90-Day Support)<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    As a customer courtesy, we will assist with manufacturer warranty submissions for up to \n    <strong>90 days from the date of purchase<\/strong>.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>Our support includes:<\/p>\n\n  <ul>\n    <li>Helping initiate a manufacturer warranty claim<\/li>\n    <li>Providing proof of purchase or order details<\/li>\n    <li>Supplying product photos if available<\/li>\n    <li>Communicating initial issues to the manufacturer<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>\n    After 90 days, customers are responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly for \n    any warranty or replacement requests.\n  <\/p>\n\n\n  <!-- SECTION 4 -->\n  <h2 style=\"margin-top: 32px;\">4. Limitations of Liability<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability related to any product or installation \n    shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or item.
