This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased from Mr. Grab Bar Guy and outlines the limits of any warranty coverage associated with our installation services.
1. No Warranty on Installation Services
Mr. Grab Bar Guy does not offer any warranty—express or implied—on installation services. We guarantee that our team performs installations using professional techniques, appropriate anchors, and best practices based on the conditions of your walls. However, because every home’s structure, wall materials, and long-term conditions vary, we cannot guarantee long-term performance or durability.
The following are not covered by any service warranty:
- Misuse, overloading, or improper use of grab bars
- Accidents, slips, falls, or personal injury
- Changes or modifications made after installation
- Structural issues behind walls, including rot, moisture, loose tile, or hidden defects
- Damage from tile cracking, grout failure, or other home conditions unrelated to workmanship
- Products supplied by the customer
Grab bars improve safety, but no installation can prevent all falls, injuries, or accidents. You acknowledge and accept these limitations when using our services.
2. Warranty on Products Purchased Through Us
Any grab bars, accessories, or bathroom safety products purchased through our website include
the manufacturer’s warranty only.
We do not provide any additional warranty or guarantee on products.
Manufacturer warranties typically cover:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Finish or corrosion issues (if applicable)
- Hardware defects
Manufacturer warranties do not cover:
- Improper installation by others
- Damage caused by misuse or excessive weight
- Wall failures, structural damage, or moisture penetration
- Cosmetic issues caused by cleaners, chemicals, or environmental conditions
3. Warranty Claim Assistance (90-Day Support)
As a customer courtesy, we will assist with manufacturer warranty submissions for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Our support includes:
- Helping initiate a manufacturer warranty claim
- Providing proof of purchase or order details
- Supplying product photos if available
- Communicating initial issues to the manufacturer
After 90 days, customers are responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly for any warranty or replacement requests.
4. Customer-Supplied Products
If you provide your own grab bar or safety product for installation, it is installed “as-is” with no warranty of any kind from Mr. Grab Bar Guy.
- We do not guarantee its strength, rating, or suitability
- We cannot guarantee compatibility with your wall structure
- Warranty claims must be handled directly with the seller or manufacturer
5. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability related to any product or installation shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or item. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Personal injuries, slips, or falls
- Structural or wall-related failures
- Improper use or overloading of grab bars
6. Updates to This Warranty Policy
We may update this Warranty Policy periodically. The revised Effective Date will reflect the most recent changes.
