Refund & Return Policy

At Mr. GrabBarGuy, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing bathroom safety products and related hardware. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for products purchased through our website. Installation services are not refundable once performed (see below).
1. Return Eligibility for Products
Our return period is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a product return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send products back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through our team.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Personal safety items that have been opened
- Custom-ordered or special-order grab bar finishes
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items returned in non-original condition
- Products with missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested after 30 days but within 45 days (case-by-case review)
2. Installation Services – No Refunds
Installation labor, consultations, trip charges, and on-site services performed by Mr. GrabBarGuy, its affiliate subcontractors, or any assisting parties are non-refundable once completed.
Because installation is a time-based labor service, refunds do not apply; however, we always stand behind safe, professional workmanship. If you have a concern about installation quality, please reach out—we’ll help.
3. Refund Processing
After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card provider.
If your refund has not arrived:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank—processing delays are common
If you still do not see your refund, please contact customer support so we can assist you.
4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange, please contact support before shipping any item.
6. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.
7. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
