Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with order details. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent automatically.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or review the shipment.

Return Eligibility

- Return Authorization Required: All returns must be approved before shipment.
- Uninstalled products only: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- Installed products cannot be returned: For safety reasons, any product that has been installed in your home is not eligible for return.

When you schedule installation with Mr Grab Bar Guy, you're booking both the product expertise and professional labor. Installation services are non-refundable once performed.
